We use Australian Air Express Courier satchels to send out all your t-shirt, hat, apron & bag orders.
AAE normally take 2-4 days to get from here to anywhere in Australia.
A total of $8.80 will be charged for 1 up to 11 of these items.
A total of $14 is charged for 12+ of these items.
There is no courier delivery charge for labels, stickers & iron-on transfers.
Labels, stickers & iron-on transfers are not sent out via courier. They are sent regular mail unless ordered with t-shirts, hats, aprons or bags. When ordered together, we post them together.

There's no order too big or too small and you will find us refreshingly easy and straight forward to work with. We've been fulfilling orders of all shapes & sizes for busy families, time poor advertising agencies, fashion designer’s, magazine stylists, event organisers, graphic designer’s, musicians, artists & clothing retailers since 1999.
We have been designing & making our own range of unique gifts since 1995. The much-loved Global Style Custom Made T-Shirts began in 1999.
Since our website launched in 2006 we have created custom made products for over 10,000 customers here in Australia.
We hope it inspires you to participate in creating of a unique, sustainable, garment or gift at a lower cost to you and to our planet.
All our designs are now available as personalised iron-on transfers so you can cut costs and take more control over the finished products yourself.
Our vinyl transfers do not wash-off crack or peel like the DIY ones you find in stationery stores.

Payment Options
All methods of payment are recieved via the Paypal payments page which is intergrated with our shopping cart. When you enter the checkout and click on the PayPal button you will then see a page like the one illustrated below. Notice how you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. PayPal simply provide the safest environment for us to collect your payments online. Follow the prompts until you are returned to our website where you can confirm your delivery details with us, write your free matching gift cards and finally click on the "Confirm Payment" button. The final thing you see is a Global Style receipt page and an order number.

Turn around time:For all custom made t-shirts, hats & bags we use AAE couriers.
All orders for these items placed before 12pm on a week day will leave no later than the next afternoon via AAE couriers. Transit time normally takes 1-2 days to reach you.
If the if above items are ordered after 12pm they will leave the day after next at the very latest.
Labels are different..they take more time to dry.
Orders for all name labels, party labels & iron-on transfers placed before 12pm on a week day will leave the next day via regular post which takes about 4 days.

When label orders are placed at the same time as a t-shirt, hat, apron or bag we wait until the labels are dry and then send the whole lot together via courier satchel.
We deliver Australia wide. We no longer deliver outside of Australia.
All orders will be left by our courier - Australian Air Express at your given delivery address if you are not home.
If that's not safe..please leave a business or safer home address.

Returns & Sizing:
Goods may only be returned if clearly faulty or if clearly not what was ordered. Please be sure to take a good look at our sizing information and washing instructions before confirming your order.
Sizing information for each item can be accessed by clicking on the info symbol next to the size selector in Step 1 of our online store
We do not accept returns based on change of mind or size or when the customer fails to follow our washing instructions.

Washing Instructions:
Cold machine wash. Line dry or tumble dry on warm setting rather than hot if necessary.
Turn your garment inside out before you iron...or even better still; use a sheet of kitchen baking paper between the iron and the transfer.
To return an item:
Email us. Please include a copy of the electronic invoice that you received via email when you placed your order and indicate what we've done wrong in an email addressed to: orders at globalstyle dot com dot au.
Send a photo with your email if possible.
Returns and amendments are processed immediately upon receipt. We will contact you during business hours regarding your concern.
