Q. What if I have my own design or logo already?
A. email us /- high resolution artwork /- required dimensions /- quantity /- deadline /- delivery address
Please email us a high resolution copy of the artwork at the same size you want it to be printed.
Please tell us in your email what these dimensions for height & width are just so we can double check.
If you can't resize the artwork yourself just email us the highest resolution & largest file you have & tell us the exact size you would like it to be.
Please tell us the quantitiy required, the deadline & the delivery address you would like the iron-on transfers sent to. We will email you back with a price inclusive of delivery without delay.

Q. What if need something totally original created just for you from scratch?
A. We enjoy working with you to create something unique. Email us a breif description of what you have in mind and include any images you may have found already to help you get your message across to us. Tell us about colour and size preferences and what the end product will be, how it will be used & when it's needed by. We will email you back to let you know if we can help & what we are likely to charge for our time & services, if you were to go ahead. Q. What if I need to order bulk quantities?
A. There's no order too big or too small and you will find us refreshingly easy and straight forward to work with. We have been fulfilling orders of all shapes & sizes for advertising agencies, t.v shows, fashion designer’s, magazine stylists, event organisers, graphic designer’s, musicians, artists & clothing retailers since 1999.

Q. What are the Global Style personalised iron-on transfers made from?
A. Our new iron-on transfers are made from Polyurethane. This film is free of PVC and heavy metals. It is a thin, stretchable print film will not crack or peel. We print on the Polyurethane using colourfast eco-solvent inks. We were using a flocking material in 2010 but this new 2011 material produces a result much more like screen printing. We use the same Polyurethane material in our production studio.

Q. How do I care for my personalised iron-on transfers?
A. They are stronger than anything you can make yourself at home & you can safely machine wash, tumble dry and iron with kitchen baking paper covering the print.


Q. What sizes do the personalised iron-on transfers come in ?
A. We have two sizes. Small & Large

Small: Price $11 inc delivery
Square Design Large Transfers are 10cm across
Round Design Small Transfers are 10cm across
Portrait Design Rectangular Small Transfers are 9cm across.
Landscape Design Rectangular Small Transfers are 13cm across.

Large: Price $13 inc delivery
Square Design Large Transfers are 14cm across
Round Design Large Transfers are 14cm across
Portrait Design Rectangular Large Transfers are 11cm across.
Landscape Design Rectangular Large Transfers are 17cm across.

Extra notes for ordering iron-on transfers online:

1) If you need an exact width to fit in a partiular space on a garment & it's not shown above e.g
Please type these measurements on the last text line in step 4 of ordering (under your personalised text) .
Type your exact dimensions in brackets e.g (max w 8cm x h 18cm)
If the change in size creates a price change, or if the proportions don't work then we will call you before proceeding.

2) We usually supply just one sheet of instructions to each customer. If you require a seperate sheet of instructions for each iron-on transfer ordered or a set number of instructions please make a note in step 4 e.g (sep-instr x 3)

Q. Are the glitter transfers more difficult to apply correctly.
A. No. They were before we found a new supplier in mid July 2011 and changed the product. Now we just let you now that you do not use a firm pressure like the regular transfers. The glitter transfers require a light touch so you don't smudge them whilst you iron them on. They are very easy to apply.

Q. How long, from when I order until the personalised iron on transfers are posted ? ...& how are the personalised iron on transfers sent?
A. They are posted the same or next day via regular post. We do not send transfers by courier unless you have ordered a garment or accessory & then we will pop them in the same satchel. Regular post takes about a week ( maximum) to get from us here in Valla to you somewhere else in Australia.

Q. How much does Gobal Style charge for posting the personalised iron on transfers?
A. Postage is FREE

Q. What will I need to have on hand in order to apply my personalised iron on transfers?
A. You will need a regular household iron. A stop watch or timer. Some kitchen baking paper & a ruler or measuring tape.

Q. What can I apply these personalised iron on transfers to?
A. Any clean flat surface that can take 20 seconds of your irons cotton setting. We recommend cotton t-shirts, pillow slips, backs of denim jackets, library bags, pj's, chair organisers, place settings, napkins, some curtains, aprons & tea towels. Application instructions are supplied with your order.

Q. Do you use the same Polyurethane material to make the set of 76 clothing name labels?
A. Yes, and BTW there is some bigger sizes in the $20 mixed pack of name labels which could be worn on the outside of clothes just like decals making the labels really-really great value.

Q. Can they cover up stains on my children's clothes using these personalised iron on transfers?
A. Yes, if you buy the transfers in the darker coloured designs they will cover stains, re-cycle clothing and bring new life to hand-me-downs.
