Q. What are they made from?
A. Our decals are made from a strong but soft flocking material that will not crack or peel. We print on the flock using colourfast eco-solvent inks.

Q. How do I care for them?
A. Machine wash, tumble dry and yes you can iron directly onto them.

Q. How much do they cost?
A. Our most popular size is our small custom made decal which will cost you just $11 including delivery. The small size suits most applications. We also offer medium size decals for $13 which are great for big kids tee placements and large decals for $16 which are more for going on the backs of Dad's tees or on bed linen etc.

Q. How long from when I order until they are posted?
A. They are posted the same or next day.

Q. How are they sent?
A. Regular mail to your home, office or post office box.

Q. How much do you charge for postage?
A. Postage is FREE for all decals and labels

Q. Can I order a free matching gift card when I order an iron-on decal?
A. Yes, you can order a free matching gift card/s to go with your decal/s as you move thru our checkout.

Q. What will I need to have to apply them?
A. You will need a regular iron with the temperature set to the highest setting. You will also need a hard flat surface or ironing board and something to apply it to. We supply instructions.

Q. What can I apply them to?
A. Any clean flat surface that can take 25 seconds of your irons hottest setting. We recommend cotton t-shirts, pillow slips, backs of denim jackets, library bags, pj's, chair organisers, place settings, napkins, some curtains, aprons & tea towels.

Q. Do you use the same flocking fabric to make the set of 76 clothing name labels?
A. Yes, and BTW there is some bigger sizes in the $25 mixed pack which could be worn on the outside of clothes just like decals.

Q. Can they cover up stains on my children's clothes?
A. Yes, if you buy the decals in the darker coloured designs they will cover stains, re-cycle clothing and bring new life to hand-me-downs.
